Returns & Exchange Policy

Ravish Designs will supply exact items on the customer order. If we are unable to supply all of some of these, we will contact you prior to despatch. Credit card will only be charged for goods despatched, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

With regards to rings, if no size is specified on your customer order, Ravish Designs will despatch whichever size is currently in stock.

If sizing of any item is unsuitable, we will offer an exchange or credit note (excluding any postage and handling costs). Jewellery must be returned to Ravish Designs, PO Box 6100, Pymble LPO NSW 2073 in its original condition and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

If you receive your jewellery and you feel that the piece is not what is represented on the website or you have been misinformed about the piece, Ravish Designs will offer a full credit (excluding any postage and handling costs), if jewellery is returned to Ravish Designs, PO Box 6100, Pymble LPO NSW 2073 in its original condition and in the original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Ravish Designs stands behind all our jewellery 100% and because of this, we offer a 3 month guarantee on all pieces. Within this time, assuming the piece has not been mistreated, we will repair or replace your purchase, at our cost.
